there’s so much to do! just start with squats, push-ups, pull-ups with an iron gym pull-up bar, sit-ups and burpees and go from there! do maybe 50 of squat/pushup/pullup/situps or just 50 burpees three times a week. then do 100 each time, etc… that’s a pretty simple thing to start with. on the off days you could run 30/60 mins at an easy/medium pace. then you could eventually add circuits of 30/30 of a few movements. get some kettle bells too. then you can add swings, cleans, snatches and lots of other movements with weight. there’s so much to do. handstand pushups, handstand holds, etc..
